Cessna 340 crashed at Bologna airport (LIPE)

Today, at 14.25 UTC, the Cessna 340 – registration marks D-IMMA, while taking off from runway 12 of Bologna airport , crashed at the end of the runway killing all 5 persons on board.
ANSV immediately opened a technical enquire and sent two investigators at accident site.
At the time of the accident weather report was:
wind 270/12 kts, gen. visibility 400 m, RVR 1.000 m, snow, fog, temp. -1°C, dew point –2°C, QNH 1009.
