The inquiry about Palermo’s accident continues at fast rhythm
   
ANSV informs that the international inquiry about the technical investigation under its coordination and responsibility has begun starting from yesterday afternoon, with arriving the accredited members of the Franch BEA and Tunisian AIB.
Following to the first inspection on the wreckage has been established that the ditch has occurred following to the stopping of both engines of the ATR 72, and the two propellers have been found full feathering.
The power plants’ examination that have been recovered, fuel apparatus and other on board systems with pilots’ declarations – when available – and flight recorders’ analysis, will complete the overall necessary to establish all crash dynamics and reason on the double engines’ block.
From the very beginning of the enquire, besides the radio communication recording and radar tracing, ANSV has required full documentation about the fuel’s quantity and quality, which had refuelled the aircraft during the transit at Bari’s airport.
